Conducting periodic, certification, control tests of construction products:

• Three-layer metal wall panels with insulation made of polyisocyanurate foam, in compliance with the requirements of STB 1807-2007;

• Three-layer metal panels with mineral wool insulation, in accordance with the requirements of STB 1808-2007 (wall panels and coating panels).

• Periodic, certification, control tests according to the scope of accreditation, certificate of accreditation BY/112 2.5330 (meets the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, IDT), valid until 10/22/2026, issued by the Belarusian State Accreditation Center).

• The scope of accreditation is defined by the appendix to the accreditation certificate: determination of apparent density, dimensional stability, water absorption by volume, sorption humidity, thermal conductivity coefficient, tensile strength, compressive strength, shear strength, tensile modulus, compression modulus, shear modulus, adhesion strength of insulation with metal sheets at uniform separation and shear, destructive uniformly distributed load during transverse bending, the amount of deflection during transverse bending.

• · Control of geometric parameters.

• · Conducts sampling of products for testing.

The testing laboratory is equipped with modern, high-precision measuring equipment that allows for reliable and objective testing (measurements).
